In order for your vendor booth to be valid we need proof of vendor insurance! You are welcome to secure you spot as long as we have proof of insurance by January 9th, 2024.
 
Your 10x10 booth space for Friday's villagers Marketplace  will be setup outside.
We encourage you to be as creative as you would like with your decor!
Merchants are responsible for their tents and tables.
We will provide refreshments for all of our vendors throughout the day.
You will be mailed 2 invitations for the ball Saturday evening and are welcome to join us for all the  festivities after the Marketplace concludes.
We ask you send us any photos and videos you have of your products.
and your company logo.
We will make a formal video and photo announcement  of you being a vendor at the event on all of our social media platforms.
